Please understand before submitting
Please read these instructions carefully before submitting a report. Sending a report does not mean that Yurimashi has confirmed that the relevant content is illegal, illegal or infringing.
Yurimashi will evaluate based on verifiable evidence, applicable laws, terms of service, privacy policy, platform rules, technical feasibility, and security risks, and take necessary, appropriate, and proportional measures within a reasonable scope.
Yurimashi is not a court, arbitration institution, law enforcement agency or emergency rescue hotline. For immediate personal danger, children at real risk, ongoing threats of violence, extortion, fraud or other emergencies, please also contact local law enforcement agencies, emergency rescue channels, emergency reporting portals on relevant platforms, or professional child safety organizations.
Report email: [email protected]. Please use clear titles and try to provide specific, factual, and verifiable information.
What can be reported
You may report content including, but not limited to, the following via [email protected].
1. Issues related to intellectual property rights
- Copyright infringement, trademark infringement, counterfeit branding or confusing use.

If you are submitting a request pursuant to the DMCA or similar copyright notification process, please see the "Copyright, DMCA Takedown Notices and Counter-Notices" section.

- Suspected sexualized content of minors, blackmail, threats, manipulation, and harassment targeting minors.
- Use AI, deepfakes, face-swapping, synthetic images, or other means to create content that appears to be child sexual exploitation.
- Any content that may endanger children's safety, children's privacy, minors' physical and mental safety, or induce minors to form dangerous dependence.
Important note: If the report involves CSAM, child sexual exploitation, suspected sexualized content of minors, or other highly sensitive content, please do not upload, forward, embed, or disseminate relevant original images, videos, compressed packages, complete chat records, or other materials that may cause secondary dissemination in emails. Please give priority to providing the URL, account ID, publishing time, page location, contextual description, hash value, content summary, relevant user ID or other information that can be used for positioning and verification.
Yurimashi may maintain necessary records, restrict related services, remove or block relevant content to the extent permitted or required by law, and report to law enforcement agencies, child safety organizations, platform service providers, infrastructure service providers or other compliance channels.
3. Violence, terrorism, extremism and real risk of harm
- A clear threat of physical harm, a threat of violent attack, or a realistic danger to an individual or group.
- Terrorist propaganda, recruitment, financing, operational facilitation, or violent extremist content.
- Realistic threats against schools, public spaces, institutions, infrastructure or specific individuals.
- Content that stalks, harasses, intimidates, coerces, or facilitates real-world harm.
- Content that disseminates specific attack plans, target information, time and location, execution methods, or methods to circumvent law enforcement.
Don't just send an email if you believe there is a real danger that is occurring or about to occur. Please contact local law enforcement or emergency rescue channels immediately.
4. Non-consensual intimate images, sexual blackmail and privacy violations
- Non-consensual intimate images, non-consensual distribution of intimate photos, videos, recordings or screenshots.
- Sexual blackmail, threats to disclose private content, and impersonating others to publish private content.
- Utilize AI or image editing to generate non-consensual sexualized content.
- Disclose personally identifiable information, address, phone number, ID information, bank card information, chat history, login credentials or other sensitive information.
If the report involves non-consensual intimate images, sextortion, privacy breaches, or other highly sensitive material, please do not send unnecessary raw files. Typically, you can provide a link, account ID, publishing time, page location, content description, screenshots after necessary masking, hash value or other positioning information.
5. Phishing, Fraud, Malware and Account Abuse
- Phishing pages, fake login pages, fake customer service, impersonating Yurimashi, partners, users, developers or other third parties.
- Content related to malware downloads, Trojans, ransomware, secret-stealing programs, and botnets.
- Account theft, credential theft, API abuse, batch registration, spam, automated attacks.
- Fraudulent collection, wallet address abuse, transaction inducement, evading risk control, evading bans or harming the rights and interests of others.
Please try to provide the complete URL, redirect chain, sample hash, related domain name, IP, request time, HTTP request header, email header, wallet address, transaction record, account ID, log fragment or other verifiable materials.
6. Other illegal, harmful or high-risk content
- Obvious illegal content, circumvention of security measures, attempts to bypass access control, authentication, risk control or blocking.
- Large-scale crawling, spam registration, credential stuffing, blasting, and assisting in real-world harm.
- Abuse the Yurimashi infrastructure, or violate the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Rules, or Security Rules.
- Content that may require Yurimashi to take restriction, preservation, removal, blocking, escalation or other compliance measures.
Please don't fabricate evidence
Reports must be based on true, accurate, and verifiable information. Please do not submit false materials for the purpose of advancing a complaint, suppressing others, creating public opinion, or obtaining information about others.
Please don't:
- Forge screenshots, tamper with logs, impersonate the identity of the right holder, impersonate the identity of the victim, or fabricate the victim.
- Fabricate authorization relationships, forge authorization documents, forge court documents, lawyer letters, law enforcement agency documents or platform notices.
- Deliberately concealing key background, taking quotes out of context to create misleading information, or using inducement, fishing, intrusion, social engineering, threats, blackmail, etc. to create so-called evidence.
- Use abuse emails to harass others, suppress legitimate expression, initiate malicious complaints, maliciously report competitors, or obtain other people's private information.
Reports that are knowingly false, malicious, fraudulent or materially misleading may result in denial of processing, restricted account or service access, related requests being recorded, and may result in corresponding liability to the extent permitted by applicable law.
A report made in good faith but with insufficient evidence will not automatically be considered a malicious report just because the "results are not adopted." Yurimashi distinguishes between bona fide errors, insufficient information, disputed facts, legal disputes, and intentional fraud.
Please provide sufficient evidence
The more specific the evidence, the better it will be for us to locate, review and take appropriate measures. Simply writing "Someone is infringing", "Someone is committing fraud", "This account is illegal" and "This project is malicious" is usually not enough to complete the verification.
1. Basic information
- Your name, organization name or contact status.
- Your contact email, and your relationship to the reported content.
- Are you an affected person, rights holder, authorized agent, guardian, platform party, researcher, law enforcement agency or other relevant party?

- Proof of rights, proof of authorization relationship, description of affected works, and records of communication between you and the party being reported.
- Other information that can help Yurimashi locate, verify and judge risks.
For highly sensitive content such as CSAM, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate images, privacy leaks, ID information, login credentials, financial information, etc., please do not send unnecessary original materials. Please give priority to providing locateable information, screenshots after necessary masking, hash values, brief descriptions or other forms of evidence that can avoid secondary dissemination.
4. Actions you wish to take

If there is ongoing personal danger, children are at immediate risk, threats of violence are being carried out, sexual extortion is occurring or other emergencies, please also contact local law enforcement agencies, emergency rescue channels, child safety organizations or the emergency reporting portal of relevant platforms.
Yurimashi's abuse email should not be considered an emergency helpline. Mail processing may be affected by time zone, network, technology, integrity of evidence, language, legal process and service provider response speed.
Copyright, DMCA Takedown Notices and Counter-Notices
If you are submitting a takedown request pursuant to the DMCA or similar copyright notification process, please provide as complete and accurate information as possible. Incomplete information may result in the request not being processed or processing being delayed.

- Electronic or physical signature of the rights holder or authorized agent.

- What do you want Yurimashi to do about it.
Reference Statement: I confirm that the information stated in this notice is accurate. I have a good faith belief that the use of the content complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. I confirm that I am the right holder of the relevant rights, or have been authorized to submit this notice on behalf of the right holder.

- No contact information, statement of good faith or statement of accuracy is provided.
- The content clearly belongs to factual dispute, authorization dispute, contract dispute or ownership dispute, but there is a lack of verifiable evidence.
- The notice is obviously false, malicious, fraudulent, materially misleading, obviously too broad in scope, or requires the deletion of content unrelated to the alleged infringement.
If your content has been restricted, blocked, removed, or suspended due to a copyright complaint and you believe that the processing was due to error, misidentification, omission of authorization, fair use, misattribution of rights, or other lawful reasons, you may submit a counter-notification at [email protected].
The counter-notification should try to include:
- Your name or organization name and contact details.
- The specific location where the content was removed, restricted or blocked, and the location where the content was located before it was processed.
- Specific reasons why you believe the handling was incorrect or misidentified.

- You represent that the information in the counter-notification is accurate and agree to be processed by a court of competent jurisdiction or a relevant dispute resolution agency to the extent required by applicable law.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws and terms of service, Yurimashi may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, projects, services or resources that have repeatedly infringed, obviously malicious infringement, batch infringement, circumvented processing measures or long-term abuse of services.
Privacy, Personal and Sensitive Information
Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information in emails. Unless absolutely necessary, please avoid sending ID photos, passports, bank cards, complete addresses, phone numbers, login credentials, private keys, mnemonic phrases, verification codes, medical information, private information of minors, large amounts of unobstructed chat history, private photos, videos or recordings, and third-party personal information unrelated to the report.
If you must provide sensitive information for verification, try to block it as necessary. For example, keep key fields and block irrelevant numbers, avatars, addresses, ID numbers, financial information or other irrelevant personal information.
Yurimashi may need to retain necessary records related to your reports in order to verify, handle reports, fulfill legal obligations, maintain service security, prevent abuse, respond to disputes, or cooperate with legal requests. The scope and period of retention will be limited as much as possible to what is reasonable, necessary and legal.
Yurimashi Possible Actions
- Request the reporting party or the party being reported to provide additional materials.
- Temporarily restrict access to relevant content, delete or block relevant content, suspend accounts, projects, services or resources, or terminate services.
- Restrict API, login, publishing, upload, access or other functions, mark risky content, and block malicious requests.
- Keep necessary logs and records, and restrict suspicious IPs, accounts, domain names or resources.
- Transfer it to the actual host, CDN, domain name registrar, payment institution, upstream service provider or other infrastructure provider.
- Report to law enforcement agencies, child safety organizations, platform service providers or other compliance channels.
- Refuse to process requests that have insufficient evidence, are too broad, are obviously false, are malicious, or do not fall within the scope of processing by Yurimashi.
- Notify relevant users to the extent permitted by law; do not notify relevant users when necessary to avoid evidence destruction, risk expansion, child safety risks, real harm risks, or legal proceedings being affected.
Yurimashi will try to take measures commensurate with the risk. Reports involving child safety, real physical danger, malware, phishing, account theft, significant privacy breaches, or urgent legal risks will generally be prioritized for evaluation.
Dealing with boundaries
Yurimashi may not be able to handle the following types of requests:
- No specific link, account number, resource location or other locatable information is provided.
- Provides only subjective judgment without verifiable evidence.
- Yurimashi is asked to judge complex contract disputes, commercial disputes, employment disputes, private debt disputes or offline disputes.
- Yurimashi is required to make legal conclusions instead of courts, arbitration institutions or law enforcement agencies.
- Request Yurimashi to disclose other people's private information, account information, logs, IP, real-name information or other protected data.
- Requesting Yurimashi's assistance in retaliation, harassment, doxxing, threats, or blackmail.
- Yurimashi is required to undertake the deletion of all copies on the Internet or to process third-party content that is not under Yurimashi's control.
If the reported content is controlled by a third-party service provider, hosting provider, CDN, domain name registrar, social platform, payment institution or other infrastructure provider, Yurimashi may recommend that you also submit a report to the relevant entity.
The reporting process must not be used for abuse
- Maliciously report competitors, suppress criticism, comments, news reports, research, security disclosures or reasonable expression.
- Send false DMCAs, impersonating attorneys, rights holders, law enforcement agencies, platform employees, or victims.
- Use the reporting process to obtain other people's private information, conduct social work, and blackmail through threatening reports.
- Sending repetitive, irrelevant, automated or harassing mass emails.
- Intentionally submitting malicious attachments, malicious links, phishing links or tracking links.
- Yurimashi was asked to take steps that were clearly excessive, irrelevant or disproportionate.
Yurimashi may refuse to process such requests and, if necessary, restrict relevant accounts, email addresses, IPs or service access.
