By accessing or using Yurimashi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not access the website, open the console, create an account, download the client, or use any related first-party services.

These Terms apply unless there is a separate written agreement signed by Yurimashi governing your use of the specific Services.

If a page, client or account process requires you to actively check, click to confirm or complete a secondary confirmation, the relevant confirmation record can be used as evidence that you accept the corresponding terms, policies or functional rules.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and use the Services only in a manner permitted by the laws and regulations that apply to you.

If you access the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you are subject to local laws, school, employer, platform, guardian arrangements or other contractual restrictions, you should confirm for yourself that your use of Yurimashi will not violate those restrictions.

Yurimashi may require you to provide necessary information such as age, guardian, emergency contact person, etc., and conduct necessary verifications when required by law, protection of minors, risk management, or account security.

When it is necessary to confirm the consistency between the name and the resident ID card number, Yurimashi may access Alibaba Cloud's relevant two-factor verification capabilities; in scenarios involving suspected serious violations of laws and regulations, dispute resolution, or judicial cooperation, Yurimashi may use Baidu Smart Cloud Super Chain's trusted certificate storage or judicial certificate storage capabilities to secure the necessary evidence.

In accordance with applicable laws and the "Interim Measures for the Management of Artificial Intelligence Anthropomorphic Interactive Services" that will be implemented from July 15, 2026, Yurimashi does not provide virtual relatives, virtual partners and other virtual intimacy services to minors; when providing other anthropomorphic interactive services to minors under the age of fourteen, guardian consent may be required, and the minors mode may be switched, dependence reminders or other protective measures may be taken.

• Credential responsibility. You are responsible for activities performed through your account and for protecting the security of your credentials, recovery methods, and session devices.
• accurate information. You must provide true, current and complete account information where requested by the Service.
• Cooperate with verification. When the service requires verification of real name, age, guardianship, emergency contact or risk management conditions, you must cooperate in providing the necessary information, and you must not fraudulently use, steal or forge other people's identity information.
• No sharing or resale. You may not share, rent, transfer, resell or otherwise expose account access, session tokens or benefits unless expressly permitted by Yurimashi in writing.
• timely notification. You must notify Yurimashi immediately if you suspect an account compromise, compromised credentials, unauthorized recovery activity, or suspicious concurrent access.

Subject to these Terms and any valid entitlement or subscription requirement, Yurimashi grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.

No ownership interest is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to Yurimashi or its licensors.

The service may include relational memory, vector retrieval, context continuation and multi-model capability orchestration. These are only part of the service and do not mean that you obtain any rights to the underlying model, vector index, prompt template or audit system.

• Permitted uses. Please follow the page instructions and functional rules to use the landing page, client and console.
• Restricted use. You may not copy, sublicense, redistribute, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, mirror, frame or create derivative works of the Services except as expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

You retain the legal rights you have under the law in your input, uploaded materials, conversations, feedback and other User Content. You grant Yurimashi a license to process, store, copy, transmit, convert, abstract, vectorize, display and recall such content to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, protect and improve the Services.

Relational memory, preference summary, PgVector search results and contextual splicing content are service status generated to make subsequent conversations more coherent and should not be understood as a complete profile, fact-checking conclusion or formal judgment on your identity, personality, health, credit, or legal status.

AI output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or expressions that are inappropriate for your situation. You should make your own judgment as to whether the output is accurate, legal, and appropriate, and avoid using the output as the sole basis for medical, legal, psychological crisis, investment, education, employment, immigration, insurance, credit, or other high-risk decisions.

• Content Responsibility. You should ensure that the content submitted to Yurimashi does not infringe the rights of others, does not violate laws, regulations, platform rules or these Terms, and does not contain trade secrets, personal information, sensitive information of minors or confidential materials of third parties that you have no right to disclose.
• Output using. To the extent permitted by law, you may use the Output obtained through the Service, but you may not use the Output for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, impersonating, censorship evasive, harassing, infringing of rights, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
• memory correction. If you believe that the content of a relationship memory, preference summary or contextual continuation is clearly erroneous, outdated or should no longer be used in subsequent conversations, you may make a request for correction, deletion or restriction of use through the in-product portal or official contact channels.

• Terrorism, extremism and other illegal content is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to generate, upload, disseminate, request, induce to produce or otherwise use Yurimashi to process content that promotes terrorism, extremism, separatism, hate discrimination, violent crimes, obscenity, gambling, illegal religion, rumors, insults and slander, or other content that is expressly prohibited by Chinese laws and regulations.
• CSAM and sexual exploitation of minors are strictly prohibited. You may not generate, upload, disseminate, request, cache, store, display, trade or direct access to any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), as well as any content involving the sexual exploitation, sexual solicitation, depiction of sexual contact or evasion of censorship of minors.
• Danger induction and self-injury guidance are strictly prohibited. Yurimashi must not be used to encourage, self-harm or commit suicide, glorify violence, teach illegal and criminal methods, or induce minors to imitate dangerous behaviors, form extreme emotions, indulge in dependence, or replace real social relationships.
• Disable security bypasses. May not probe, disable, or bypass authentication processes, entitlements, feature gating, request validation, anti-abuse controls, telemetry integrity checks, or infrastructure protection measures.
• Block harmful traffic. You may not send malware, overload the Service, interfere with other users, automate abusive requests, or use the Service for unauthorized credential stuffing, mass scraping, or destructive testing.
• No illegal or fraudulent use. Yurimashi may not be used to violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate another person, launder access, evade law enforcement, circumvent mechanisms to protect minors, or facilitate fraud, harassment, sexual exploitation, threats of violence, or other abuse of third parties.
• Circumvention tactics prohibited. You may not create an alternative account, relay access through another user, or re-enter the Service to avoid suspension, restrictions, refunds, or entitlement decisions.

Yurimashi may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features at any time to maintain safety, reliability, legal compliance or product quality.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, outages, attacks, third-party failures, changes in regional rules, or force majeure events. Yurimashi is not required to keep every feature, model, version, or region entry available permanently.

Services may be in trial operation, invitation-only, batch opening, or grayscale status. "Under preparation", "currently available" or similar descriptions displayed on the page only describe the product plan or opening status at that time and do not constitute a commitment to permanent provision, fixed price, fixed function or fixed entrance.

If Yurimashi provides paid benefits, subscriptions, recharges, trials or limited-time activities, the specific price, billing cycle, available functions, usage quota, renewal method and cancellation method shall be shown on the purchase page, account page or individual activity rules.

Except as expressly provided by applicable law or on the purchase page, benefits that have been delivered, consumed, restricted due to a violation, or related to the immediate delivery of digital content may not be eligible for refunds. Any refund, compensation, or credit restoration does not constitute a waiver of Yurimashi's right to investigate violations, limit services, or pursue damages.

If a third-party payment institution, app store, platform or bank is involved in the transaction, payments, chargebacks, refunds, taxes, exchange rates and billing disputes may also be governed by their rules.

• Prices and taxes. Displayed prices may exclude or include certain taxes and fees, depending on the region, payment channel and page description.
• Rights restrictions. Benefits may be limited by account, device, model, feature, region, risk status, or usage, and may not be resold, shared, rented, substituted in bulk, or used to circumvent security restrictions.
• Abnormal transactions. For fraud, chargebacks, money laundering risks, arbitrage, malicious refunds, or obviously abnormal transactions, Yurimashi may suspend rights, require verification, preserve evidence, or take other necessary actions.

Yurimashi may interoperate with third-party infrastructure, model capabilities, identity systems, browsers, operating systems, game ecosystems, or community servers. These third parties are responsible for their own policies, availability and restrictions.

In real-name verification, evidence fixation, dispute handling, judicial assistance or risk control scenarios, Yurimashi may access third-party capabilities, such as Alibaba Cloud's name plus ID number two-factor verification, and Baidu Smart Cloud Super Chain trusted certificate or judicial certificate deposit services; relevant third parties only process information within the scope necessary to implement the corresponding functions.

When enabling relational memory, PgVector similarity retrieval, LLM inference, quality assessment, or security auditing capabilities, Yurimashi may also rely on third-party models or infrastructure providers to process necessary text fragments, summaries, embedding vectors, prompt context, risk labels, or output results.

If you use Yurimashi in conjunction with Minecraft, community servers or related ecosystems, you are responsible for complying with the terms, rules and platform restrictions imposed by the relevant publisher, host or operator.

You can report suspected infringement, DMCA, CSAM, minor safety, fraud, malware, phishing, harassment, violent threats, privacy leaks or other illegal content through the abuse reporting portal provided on the page. Reports should be based on true and verifiable information, and must not fabricate evidence, tamper with screenshots, impersonate the identity of the rights holder, or deliberately conceal key background.

Formal legal notices, rights requests, regulatory communications, or other non-urgent compliance matters may be sent to [email protected]. For child safety, real-world physical danger, or an active emergency threat, please also contact local law enforcement or emergency services.

Receipt of reports or legal requests does not mean that Yurimashi has determined that the relevant content is illegal, illegal or infringing. Yurimashi will conduct an evaluation based on verifiable evidence, applicable laws, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, platform security risks and the principle of necessary proportionality.

• Evidence requirements. Please try to provide specific links, account IDs, time of occurrence, relevant screenshots, original documents, proof of rights, authorization relationships, description of affected works, context of the conversation and the desired handling method.
• Disposal method. Yurimashi may take measures such as restricting access, removing or blocking content, preserving records, requesting supplementary materials, notifying relevant users, refusing to process, restoring content, transferring it to service providers, or reporting it to the competent authorities in accordance with the law.
• false report. Malicious, false, fraudulent or misleading reports may result in denial of processing, restricted account or service access, and possible liability under the law.

These Terms will be interpreted and enforced based on the laws and regulations of Mainland China; if you access the service from Hong Kong, Singapore or other regions, you must still comply with the mandatory legal requirements of the location regarding consumer protection, personal data, minors, content security, network and artificial intelligence services.

Yurimashi may make differentiated arrangements for functions, models, real-name verification, minor mode, certificate storage processes or service availability based on changes in jurisdiction, age, equipment, network, risk control or supervision.

If applicable law requires us to publish local representatives, data protection contacts, complaint channels, or additional regional information in the future, Yurimashi will update it through first-party websites, support interfaces, or other official channels. • Chinese mainland. Taking the laws and regulations of mainland China as the main axis, it focuses on the protection of personal information, protection of minors, generative artificial intelligence and anthropomorphic interactive service governance requirements.This includes but is not limited to content safety, national security, public interest, protection of minors, protection of personal information, generative artificial intelligence and anthropomorphic interactive service restrictions.
• Hongkong. For relevant users or processing scenarios in Hong Kong, we will refer to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the guidelines of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner to implement requirements such as collection purpose, use restrictions, security, disclosure, and access and correction.If regional supplementary terms or notices are subsequently released for the Hong Kong visit scenario, they will supplement these terms to the extent necessary.
• Singapore. For Singapore-related users or processing scenarios, reference will be made to PDPA’s obligations such as notice, consent, purpose limitation, protection, retention restrictions, cross-border comparable protection, access correction and notifiable data breaches.If regional supplementary terms or notices are subsequently issued for the Singapore visit scenario, they will supplement these terms to the extent necessary.
• Other regional and international visits. For cross-border or international processing scenarios, "international law" is not regarded as a single source of law, but transparency, minimum necessity, safety guarantees, user rights and local mandatory laws are prioritized as the baseline.If local mandatory law prohibits, restricts or imposes conditions on your access to the Services, you may not circumvent those restrictions.

Yurimashi, its website, software, brand, text, code, visual assets and service configuration are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

Third party names, insignias and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Services is for identification, compatibility instructions, or technical reference only and does not imply sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, diagnostics, or ideas for improvements to Yurimashi, you grant Yurimashi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that material for the operation, support, and improvement of the Service without any obligation of attribution or compensation, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Access may be immediately suspended, restricted or terminated if Yurimashi reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, abused the Services, attempted to circumvent protections, or exposed Yurimashi or others to legal or operational harm.

For violent terrorism, CSAM, sexual exploitation of minors, serious illegal content, forged identity information, evasion of supervision, malicious bypass of security controls, or other major violations, Yurimashi may directly block accounts, stop all related services, and preserve necessary evidence without prior notice.

For the aforementioned serious violations, Yurimashi may refuse to refund unused rights to the extent permitted by law, and use the paid money to offset the resulting losses, investigation, evidence storage, rights protection and law enforcement assistance costs; if it is not enough to cover the actual losses, Yurimashi still reserves the right to continue to recover.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, enforcement and recordkeeping provisions, shall survive the termination of your visit.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Yurimashi does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility, error-free performance, continued availability of any particular version or region entry, or the continued stability of all third-party dependencies.

Yurimashi is an AI-assisted and companion service and does not constitute legal, medical, psychological crisis intervention, financial, educational or other professional advice; it is your responsibility to evaluate whether the service is suitable for your environment, workflow, jurisdiction and risk profile.

Model output may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, inappropriately contextual, or inappropriate for use in high-risk decision-making, care of minors, medical treatment, judicial judgment, investment decisions, or emergency response.

In order to provide relational memory, context continuation, vector retrieval, quality control, content security, protection of minors, dispute handling or compliance response, Yurimashi may perform automated analysis, rule review, sampling quality inspection, or manual review within the necessary scope on part of user input, memory summaries, PgVector search hits, context fragments of conversations with LLM, and output results.

In situations of risk of self-harm, risk of violence, clues of illegal crimes, risk of minors, extreme emotions, or other high-risk scenarios, Yurimashi can take functional restrictions, safety prompts, record preservation, transfer to manual review, require additional verification, switch to protection mode, or other necessary measures; this does not mean that the platform can identify all risks in real time or completely block them.

Third-party infrastructure, authentication, storage, models, platforms, or regional network rules may affect feature availability, response quality, content boundaries, latency, storage location, or regional open scope.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yurimashi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunities or access to the Service arising out of or in connection with the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yurimashi's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the affected services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Yurimashi for the services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Yurimashi may revise these Terms when products, laws, pricing models or risk environments change. Updated versions are effective when posted, unless a later date is noted.

Your continued use of the Services after updates become effective will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revision, you must stop using the affected services; if regional supplementary terms appear later, these terms should be read together with them to the extent necessary.

General product support, feature suggestions, account issues or abuse reports may need to be handled through the in-product portal, support portal or dedicated reporting mailbox; messages sent to the legal mailbox may not necessarily speed up emergency risk handling.
